We are supporting the school with teaching materials and teachers’ salaries, to enable children in rural areas to follow an educational program in their primary years. We are also helping to clean up the drinking water system.
At Dadawam school there is one teacher for 60 pupils. There are 20 boys and 40 girls.
We are giving the boys the opportunity for further education in the afternoons, in order to prevent them starting work at a very young age .
For the girls, we are concentrating on teaching them sewing skills with the aim that they will teach future generations the skills that help them create micro businesses and ensure a richer future.
We distribute clothing and help with expenses, in the hope that one more teacher could be hired, and also develop the sewing center.
2019 we also gave medicines and clothes to an orphanage in Vietnam.
We also provided school material to an Argentine voluntary association that assists hospitalized children.
