One of our member drew our attention on this little school a few years ago.
We quickly understood the importance of helping the school, its teachers and the kids.
Jujuy’s school is in Tilcara.
It is a small rural primary school (1st-7th grade) with 80 pupils. There is a principal, five teachers and three parents helping with the kids.
Children attend school from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm, and they have lunch at school before going home.
This school serves all the children of the province and it is opened 5 months a year.
We renovated the kitchen, the toilets and the patio. We helped with expenses, education material and we distributed clothes.
